CURBSIDE PICKUP🍔

Our restaurants and stores have parking spots designated specifically for curbside pickup, or 15-minute parking for guests making quick in-store stops.

DOG-FRIENDLY SHOPPING 🐾

At LaCenterra, we pride ourselves on being a dog-friendly shopping center! Customers may bring their leashed, well-behaved dogs to the common areas, as well as inside participating “dog-friendly” stores and select outdoor dining areas.  We also have 4 dog drinking fountains on property, along with 2 pet waste stations, presented by PUCCI Cafe.

FREE WI-FI 📶

Our public Wi-Fi network can be accessed in all common areas on property, and just require a valid email address to be accessed.

The network name is #LaCenterra. Please email our team at info@jll-poag.com if you have persistent trouble joining the network.

SIP N’ SHOP 🍻

You can enjoy wine or beer on the go while shopping at LaCenterra! Due to state regulations, your beverage must only be purchased from Sweet Paris, PUCCI CAFE, or Postino.

Simply visit one of these establishments, ask for a Sip and Shop cup, and select your wine or beer of choice. Then enjoy your refreshment while browsing the property!

CHARGING STATIONS ⚡

Need to charge your cell phone or portable device while on property? We have 4 courtesy charging stations in Heritage Square, the green courtyard space in front of Ambriza.

Charging stations are grey 3ft tall rectangular boxes and are located on each side of both courtyard entrances. Connection cables are not supplied.

YARD GAMES AND ACTIVITIES 🎲

In addition to our courtyard seating in Heritage Square, we also provide interactive oversized yard games for our guests to enjoy, sponsored by the British International School of Houston! Our games include:

CENTRAL GREEN 🎵

Central Green is a half-acre multipurpose public park developed by Willow Fork Drainage District (WFDD).

Located on the south end of Deer Park Town Center in Katy, Texas, Central Green features an outdoor stage, large oak shade trees and ample outdoor seating, providing a year-round venue for community activities and entertainment.
